Exchange Policy

At Flexi Eve, we are committed to providing high-quality products with European-grade standards and unique features that enhance your comfort and confidence. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we follow the official Consumer Protection guidelines for all exchange requests.


Exchange Conditions

You may request an exchange if:

  • The product size is incorrect.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 2 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all packaging and tags intact.

  • The customer bears the full shipping cost of the exchange process.


Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the conditions listed above.

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be exchanged.

  • We may request clear photos of the product to verify its condition before confirming the exchange.

    If you pay online and the desired product or size is not available, and also if the order is not received, the amount will be refunded in full.

    There is no return after receipt of shapewear in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, in order to maintain your safety.
